Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, cream the yolks with Lučina, mayonnaise, mustard, and anchovy paste. Add the finely chopped chives. Season with salt, white pepper, and lemon juice, and mix.

Fill the egg whites with the mixture into the hollows left by the yolks.
Chef's tip
If you want to make the egg filling lighter, add one finely chopped egg white. You can put the yolk filling into a piping bag; it will be easier to work with.
