- 3 eggs
- 40 g sliced bacon
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- chives for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the bacon slices in it, season with pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
- 3Reduce the heat to one-third, pour the eggs over the bacon, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the whites are set.
- 4Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped chives.
