  • 1 ripe medium avocado (approx. 240 g)
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 60 g celery stalk
  • 2 boiled eggs size M
  • 2 g fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare a larger bowl.

    Remove the pit from the avocado, peel it, and place it in the bowl. Then add Greek yogurt and lemon juice and mix everything with a fork. While mixing, also mash the avocado with the fork.

    Next, cut the celery stalk into small cubes and add it to the ingredients in the bowl. Finally, coarsely grate the eggs into the bowl, add finely chopped coriander, salt, mix thoroughly, and serve.

    Store the finished spread in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
