  • 4 g fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 150 g plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt

    First, prepare a bowl and a fine sieve.

    Wash the radishes, grate them finely, and place them in the sieve. Add cottage cheese to the grated radishes and let the excess liquid drain.

    Then transfer everything to the prepared bowl along with finely chopped chives, Greek yogurt, and salt. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly and season to taste.

    Store the finished spread in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
Tip
Serve the spread best with sourdough bread and sprinkle each portion with radish sprouts.
