Preparation method

First, preheat the oven to 200 °C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and prepare 8 skewers.

Dice the bacon into small cubes and finely chop the spring onion. Wash, clean, and cut the chicken breasts into cubes (approx. 2 cm × 2 cm) and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Coat the chicken in the mixture and then thread it onto the skewers. Place the skewers with meat on the baking sheet and sprinkle each with coarsely grated cheddar, diced bacon, and finely chopped spring onion.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the skewers for 15–20 minutes at 190–200 °C.
