Preparation method

First, blend the bread into small pieces in a mixer, transfer it to a larger bowl, pour cream over it and let it soak. Finely chop the medium onion and press the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the bowl along with the meat, Parmesan, basil, oregano, and parsley.

Now preheat the oven to 200 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.

Mix the mixture in the bowl with your hands, season with salt and pepper, and form 20–25 meatballs. Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200–210 °C.

Serve with spaghetti or rice.
