  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 100 g English bacon
  • 100 g Balkan cheese
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 220 g peeled chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220–225 °C and prepare a medium-sized baking dish (approx. 30 cm x 25 cm).

    Cut the English bacon into small cubes and place them in the baking dish. Then put it into the preheated oven and let the bacon render slightly at 220–225 °C, which will take approximately 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients: Break the cauliflower into florets, crumble the Balkan cheese, and cut the mozzarella into smaller cubes.

    Take a large bowl, put the cauliflower florets into it, mix them with the crumbled Balkan cheese, mozzarella cubes, canned tomatoes, dried oregano, and olive oil, and season everything with salt and pepper.

    Place the prepared cauliflower into the baking dish with the rendered bacon, mix, and bake for 16–17 minutes at 220–225 °C.

    Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven, divide into 4 servings, and serve.
