INGREDIENTS
- 200 g pork tenderloin
- 120 g yellow onion
- 200 g red bell pepper
- 150 g white bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 150 g peeled chopped canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet ground paprika
- 100 ml water
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the pork tenderloin and cut it into strips. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Clean the red and white bell peppers of seeds and cut them into strips. Peel and finely grate the garlic.
- 2Prepare a pan and heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in it over medium heat. Then add the sliced pork tenderloin to the pan and sauté it for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.
- 3Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the pan and sauté everything for another 3–4 minutes over medium heat.
- 4Add canned chopped tomatoes, grated garlic, tomato paste, ketchup, ground paprika, salt, pepper, and 100 ml of water to the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and let the entire mixture cook for 12–13 minutes over medium heat until the pork meat softens.
- 5Once the pork meat is soft, turn off the heat, divide the finished goulash among 3 plates, and serve.
