Preparation method

Cut the beef into smaller cubes (approx. 2 cm × 2 cm), place it in a large bowl, and mix with plain flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Peel and finely chop both the garlic and onion.

Take a large pot and heat 40 ml of sunflower oil over medium heat. Then add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté for 7–8 minutes over medium heat.
