INGREDIENTS
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 egg, size M
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 40 g breadcrumbs (or more as needed)
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and pressed)
- 2.5 tablespoons rapeseed oil
- 1 large yellow onion (peeled and finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Prepare a large bowl, add ground beef, egg, ground paprika, dried marjoram, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix everything together.
- 2Take a large pan and heat 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil over medium heat. Then add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté it over low to medium heat for 8–10 minutes or until the onion is translucent.
- 3Add the sautéed onion to the bowl with the meat mixture and mix everything again. Then form 6 equally sized patties from the mixture.
- 4Preheat the oven to 200 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.
- 5Clean the pan in which the onion was sautéed, and heat 1.5 tablespoons of rapeseed oil over medium heat. Then place the patties in the pan, sauté them over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side, and then transfer them to the prepared baking sheet.
- 6Once all the patties are seared and arranged on the baking sheet, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes at 190–200 °C.
