Ingredients
- 8 slices of dark toast bread
- 200 g ripe Brie cheese
- 120 g cranberry jam
- 30 g softened butter
- 50 ml white wine, Chardonnay type
- 1 apple weighing 250 g
- 4 tablespoons cress leaves
Instructions
- 1Halve the apple, core it, and slice the flesh into 3 mm thick pieces. Place them in a bowl, pour in the wine, and mix.
- 2Slice the cheese. Butter one side of the toast bread slices.
- 3Heat a pan over medium heat and place a slice of toast bread, buttered side down, on it. Arrange some cheese slices on the bread, then some apple slices, sprinkle with some cress, and cover with some cranberry jam. Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- 4Once the bread is golden brown on the bottom, flip the sandwich and toast it until golden brown on the other side.
