INGREDIENTS
- 200 g ripe tomatoes
- 1 Mozzarella di Bufala
- 10 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Slice the tomatoes.
- 2Slice the mozzarella, or tear it into pieces.
- 3Arrange alternating slices of tomato and pieces of mozzarella on a plate. Add chopped basil leaves.
- 4Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
