INGREDIENTS
- 200 g peeled celery
- 100 g peeled and cored apples
- 100 g chicken meat
- 60 g walnuts
- 200 g sour cream
- 20 g lemon juice
- 5 g salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the meat until tender.
- 2Cut the celery into 3 mm thick slices, then cut these into 3 mm wide and 5 cm long strips. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the sliced celery for 20 seconds, and immediately transfer it with a flat sieve to a bowl with ice and water. Once the celery cools, drain it and let it drip dry in a colander.
- 3Cut the apples into strips the same size as the celery, cut the meat into small pieces, and roughly chop the walnuts.
- 4In a bowl, combine the drained celery, chopped walnuts, apples, chicken meat, and add sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and refrigerate to chill.
Tip
Cooked or roasted meat from the previous day is suitable for this recipe.
