INGREDIENTS
- 1 spring onion
- 6 eggs
- 200 g potatoes, cooking type A
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons full-fat mustard
- salt
- pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender and let them cool. Boil the eggs hard.
- 2Peel the eggs and cooled potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes. Clean the spring onion and chop it finely.
- 3Mix the eggs, potatoes, and spring onion with mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator.
Tip
You can add chopped chives or flat-leaf parsley to the salad.
