  • 100 g sour cream
  • 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • Popsicle molds

INSTRUCTIONS

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

    Before serving, let the ice cream soften in the mold at room temperature or place the mold under a stream of lukewarm water for a moment – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will be easy to remove.
