- Cucumber

- 500 g of Greek yogurt
- Garlic

- 20 g of chives
- 30 g of mint
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and grate the cucumber. Place the grated cucumber in a sieve over a bowl. Add a little salt on top and let it drain for about 2 hours.
- 2Then mix the yogurt with olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, chopped mint, and chives. Lightly salt and pepper.
