SALAD
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g canned tuna in oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- a handful of olives
- herbs for seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain it, but do not rinse with cold water. While it is cooking, chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2For the dressing, use the drained oil from the tuna, in which you gently let 1-2 cloves of garlic sliced into pieces infuse over low heat.
- 3In a large bowl, mix together the warm pasta, warm dressing, chopped vegetables, and tuna broken into pieces. If necessary, add salt. You can also add olives and fresh herbs. Only after mixing, transfer everything to a serving bowl.
