INGREDIENTS
- 130 g cream (min. 30%)
- 400 g mascarpone
- 130 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml strong coffee (espresso)
- 100 ml Amaretto liqueur
- 150 g ladyfingers
- cocoa for sprinkling
COFFEE PAIRING
- This dish is best enjoyed with quality coffee.
METHOD
- 1Whip the cream until stiff.
- 2Whip the mascarpone with powdered sugar in a food processor. Gently fold in the whipped cream by hand.
- 3In a wide bowl, mix the coffee and Amaretto. Gradually dip the ladyfingers into the flavored coffee so that they absorb the liquid but do not fall apart.
- 4Line the bottom of the dish with half of the soaked ladyfingers, spread half of the whipped mascarpone over them, layer with the remaining ladyfingers, and cover with the remaining cream.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
Tip
You will need a dish measuring 17 × 20 cm. Tiramisù can also be prepared in glasses as individual portions. You can put some of the cream into a piping bag with a star tip and decorate the surface of the dessert as shown in the photo.
