Mascarpone 400 g mascarpone

Whipping cream 31% 130 g smetany (min. 30%)

icing sugar 130 g moučkového cukru

Coffee 150 ml silné kávy (espresso)

Amaretto 100 ml likéru Amaretto

Cocoa kakao na posypání

Coffee suitable for this dish Tento pokrm si nejlépe vychutnáte společně s kvalitní kávou.

Preparation method

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Whip the mascarpone with the icing sugar in a food processor. Carefully fold in the whipped cream by hand.

Mix the coffee and Amaretto in a wide bowl. Gradually dip the ladyfingers into the flavored coffee so that they absorb the liquid but do not fall apart.

Chef's tip

You will need a dish measuring 17 x 20 cm. Tiramisù can also be prepared in glasses as individual portions. You can put part of the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and decorate the surface of the dessert as shown in the photo.
