Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Thoroughly grease the lamb mold with butter and dust with coarse flour.
Mix the flour with baking powder. Cream the butter with sugar until foamy, stir in the eggs and milk, and finally the flour with baking powder.
Pour the dough into the prepared mold, place it in the preheated oven, and bake for 60 minutes.
Chef's tip
The amount of dough is for a smaller mold. All ingredients must be at the same temperature so that the fat does not separate in the dough (it would have fine granules). The dough can then curdle in the mold during baking and will not rise. If this happens, don't despair. Place the bowl with the dough in a warm water bath and rub until the fat dissolves and combines with the other ingredients into a smooth dough again.
