Preparation method
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, approximately 2 cm × 2 cm.
Take a sealable container, put the chopped chicken breasts into it, and add cornstarch and salt. Then close the container with a lid and shake it – this will quickly and evenly coat the chicken.
Prepare the sauce: Take a mug, put honey, soy sauce, water, lemon juice, and salt into it. Then peel the garlic, press it into the mug, mix everything, and set the finished sauce aside.
Chef's tip
Serve the finished chicken with rice. In addition to parsley, you can also garnish it with white or black sesame seeds, toasted garlic slices, and ground chili.
