INGREDIENTS
- 40 g brown sugar
- 50 g softened butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ripe bananas
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons dark rum
- 20 ml lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Briefly mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and rum, then chill in the refrigerator.
- 2Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- 3Mix the lime juice with brown sugar. Mix the butter with cinnamon. Peel the bananas, cut them in half, and mix them with the lime juice and sugar.
- 4Place the bananas in a pan, pour the lime juice over them, and spread the butter mixed with cinnamon on top. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cut the cooked bananas into smaller pieces and mix them with the remaining juice in the pan.
