INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large apple of any kind (approx. 240 g)
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 100 g fine oatmeal
  • 200 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Grate the apple finely with the skin on and chop the walnuts coarsely.

    Take a larger bowl, add the grated apple, chopped nuts, and all other ingredients, mix well, and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.

    After resting, divide the oatmeal into individual portions and serve. Alternatively, you can store it in the refrigerator, where it will last 2–3 days.
