First, cut the pre-cooked chicken breast, cucumber, and celery into equally small cubes. Finely chop the spring onion greens and dill.

Next, place all the chopped ingredients into a smaller bowl, add the yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
