Prepare an immersion blender, a deep bowl, and a non-stick pan with a diameter of 28 cm (or a pancake maker).

Place peeled bananas, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and butter into the bowl and thoroughly blend everything using an immersion blender.

Once the mixture is ready, place a pan on the stove and heat it over medium heat. Then, spoon the batter onto the hot pan, forming pancakes about 8 cm in diameter. Fry them dry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Chef's tip
Serve the pancakes best with plain yogurt, honey, and hazelnuts.
