Preparation method
Start preheating the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking sheet (approx. 30 cm × 40 cm), lining it with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine quark, spelt flour, oat flakes, honey, baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, and 1 egg, and work the mixture into a slightly sticky dough. Then, moisten your hands and form 8 balls, each weighing approximately 55–60 g, from the dough on the lined baking sheet. Subsequently, flatten each ball with a moistened hand to a thickness of approximately 1 cm.
Transfer the baking sheet with the flattened dough to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes at 180–185 °C.
Chef's tip
To each serving of pancakes, you can add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt or sour cream.
