- 120 g turkey ham (min. 92% meat)
- 150 g mozzarella
- 30 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 20 g spring onion
- 6 eggs size M
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Muffin mold
- Fresh marjoram
First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a silicone mold for 6 muffins.
Next, prepare a large bowl. Dice the turkey ham, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and spring onion into small cubes and place them into the prepared bowl. Then add eggs, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Fill each cavity of the muffin mold with the resulting mixture to about ¾ of its volume. Place the filled mold into the preheated oven and bake for 30–35 minutes at 180–185 °C.
After baking, remove the muffins from the mold and serve.
Chef's tip
To make the muffins look nice when serving, you can garnish them with fresh marjoram.
