  • 30 g fine rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 120 ml semi-skimmed milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 mashed larger banana (approx. 50 g)
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 5 g Dutch-process cocoa powder
  • 50 g fresh raspberries

Prepare 2 bowls: In one, mix the oats with 70 ml of milk and the mashed banana; in the other, mix the rest of the milk (50 ml) with the chia seeds and cocoa.

In a taller glass with a capacity of 200 ml, layer the oats, 1/2 of the raspberries, and then the chia pudding. Top with the remaining raspberries and place in the fridge overnight (for at least 8 hours).
