- 1 medium banana (approx. 150 g with peel)
- 300 g frozen forest fruit mix
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 4 larger strawberries (4× approx. 20 g)
- 2 tablespoons of whole rolled oats
- 30 g blueberries
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

Peel the banana, cut it into smaller pieces and place in a blender. Then add the frozen forest fruit and milk and blend everything until smooth.

Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls. Then slice the strawberries into thin pieces and garnish each portion of the blended mixture with strawberry slices, rolled oats, blueberries, and chia seeds.

Serve the finished smoothie bowls immediately.
Chef's tip
For a sweeter taste, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the blender with the milk and fruit.
