  • 120 g almond milk
  • 45 g fine oats
  • 100 g skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 80 g fresh mango
  • 40 g freeze-dried mango
  • Tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Tablespoon of dried coconut
  • Tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Blueberries for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

    Simply pour everything into a blender and blend into a smooth porridge with a consistency similar to batter. If the porridge is too thin for you, add another spoonful of oats; if it's too thick, add a little milk.

    Pour the porridge into a bowl and let it rest in the fridge until the next day. Before serving, garnish with fruit, coconut, chia seeds, or anything you like.
