  • 100 g pre-cooked chicken breast
  • 50 g English cucumber
  • 50 g celery stalks
  • 25 g spring onion greens
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 50 g fat-free yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread (100 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

First, cut the pre-cooked chicken breast, cucumber, and celery into equally small cubes. Finely chop the spring onion greens and dill.

Next, place all the chopped ingredients into a smaller bowl, add the yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Spread the finished salad onto a slice of sourdough bread and serve.
