Preparation method

First, prepare 3 glasses (approx. 250ml) into which you will then divide the oats.

In a medium bowl, mix the oats, a pinch of salt, and 5 g of cocoa. Stir and add the honey, 150 ml of almond milk, 150 ml of water, 10 ml of espresso, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture into the prepared glasses and let it rest overnight in the fridge (or for at least 6 hours).
