  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 160 g tuna in its own juice
  • 70 g spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250 g whole grain pasta
  • 150 g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)

  • Finely chopped fresh chives

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, let the peas thaw and drain the tuna.

    After cooking, drain the pasta, cool it under cold water, let it drain, and transfer it to a larger bowl. Then add spring onion, tuna, corn, plain yogurt, and lemon juice to the pasta, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the entire mixture thoroughly and serve.
Tip
Before serving, sprinkle each portion with finely chopped spring onion greens, or optionally with finely chopped fresh chives.
