Preparation method

In a bowl, mix the curd cheese, coconut, ground almonds, and honey. Put the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Shape balls from the chilled dough using your hands. Work 1 almond into each ball and then roll the ball in grated coconut.

Put the finished balls in the fridge to chill for at least 5 minutes.
