- 200 g pre-cooked brown basmati rice
- 2 pitted dried medjool dates
- 40 g blanched flaked almonds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp liquid honey

First, prepare the dough. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until all the ingredients combine and are finely chopped.

Shape the resulting dough into 10 balls. Serve the finished balls immediately or store them in an airtight container, where they will keep for 4–5 days.
Chef's tip
If you have more time, blend all the ingredients without the flaked almonds. Make balls from the resulting dough and then roll them in finely chopped flaked almonds.
