BURGER
- 120 g pulled beef
- 1 pc burger bun
- 40 g sliced cheddar
- 50 g tomatoes on the vine
- 1 pc pickled cucumber
- 1 handful mixed green salads
- 10 g BBQ sauce
- 50 g butter for toasting the bun
- 1 g granulated garlic
- 1 g smoked paprika
COLESLAW
- 100 g white cabbage
- 10 g carrot
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 10 ml apple cider vinegar
- 5 g granulated sugar
- 5 g edible salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper

Coleslaw Preparation: Cut the cabbage into fine strips, add grated carrots, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Meat Preparation: Heat the pulled beef in a pan or on a grill. Season it with granulated garlic, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat is drier, you can add a tablespoon of butter or a drop of broth.

Assembling the Burger: Cut the burger buns in half and toast them in butter until golden brown. Layer coleslaw on the bottom half of the bun, then add lettuce, pulled meat, a slice of cheddar, tomatoes, and pickled cucumber. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
