Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Grease the baking dish with lard and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Peel and press the garlic. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with cream and milk. Cut the smoked meat into 0.5 cm cubes. Cook the fleky in salted water until al dente and drain.

Mix the fleky in a bowl with the smoked meat, chopped parsley, garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Pour in the eggs with cream and milk and mix everything thoroughly.
