Seattle hot dog

INSTRUCTIONS

  Slice the sausages in half lengthwise, keeping them connected.

  Caramelize the chopped onion in a pan until golden brown.
• 3
  Then grill the sausages on each side until cooked through, and lightly grill the hot dog buns as well.

  Spread cream cheese on one side of the toasted buns. Add the sausages to the buns and top with grilled onions. Finally, add slices of fresh, thinly sliced jalapeño and drizzle with BBQ sauce. You can also add sauerkraut if you like.
