  • 4 sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 200 g chopped cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Ketchup to taste
  • Mustard to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the grill to medium heat.

    Grill the sausages until done, usually about 7 minutes, turning frequently.

    Meanwhile, toast the buns on the grill until lightly golden.

    Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and melted.

    Place the cooked sausages in the buns. Sprinkle with chopped cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Add ketchup and mustard to taste.
