INGREDIENTS
- 1 package feta cheese
- 350 g of any pasta
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Freshly ground pepper
- 100 ml dry white wine (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2In a baking dish, mix the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and white wine (you can omit the wine from the recipe).
- 3Arrange the tomatoes around the sides of the baking dish and place the feta cheese in the center.
- 4Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the feta cheese.
- 5Place in the preheated oven and bake until the feta cheese softens and the tomatoes are roasted. This takes approximately 30 minutes.
- 6Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions.
- 7After baking the feta cheese, remove the baking dish from the oven and mash and mix the cheese together with the tomatoes. Combine the mixture with the cooked pasta and garnish with basil leaves.
