INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs tortillas
- 1 can beans in tomato sauce
- 150 g cheddar
- 2 handfuls nachos
- 1 avocado
- Handful of cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grate the cheddar, dice the avocado, and crush the nachos chips into smaller pieces.
- 2Place a tortilla on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the center of the tortilla down to the edge.
- 3Imagine the tortilla is divided into four sections (in half, and each of those halves in half again). You will place a different ingredient into each section.
- 4In the first section to the left of the cut, place a handful of grated cheddar. In the next section, place the beans in sauce. On the next section of the tortilla, add a handful of crushed nachos, and on the last section, place the diced half of an avocado along with a few sprigs of cilantro.
- 5Now you can start folding the wrap. First, fold the cheese section over the beans, then fold both sections over the nachos, and finish the wrap by folding it over the avocado and cilantro section. For a clearer demonstration, watch the video above.
- 6Dry-fry the folded tortilla on both sides in a pan, contact grill, or toaster.
