Preparation method

Mix Greek yogurt with all the spices, salt, and pepper. Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and add it to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or, ideally, overnight.

Once the chicken is marinated, prepare skewers or grilling needles. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and use a peeler to slice the zucchini into thin strips.

Alternately thread individual pieces of chicken, tomatoes, and zucchini slices (folded into an accordion shape) onto the skewers.
