Instructions
- 1Season the room temperature steak with salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side. Transfer from the grill to a plate and let it rest for another 7 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri sauce. Mix a handful of flat-leaf parsley, 2 tablespoons of oregano, a chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar, and olive oil. Blend everything.
