INGREDIENTS
- 1 peach (peeled and diced)
- 6 fresh raspberries (optional)
- 120 ml of water
- Bottle of chilled prosecco
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Blend the chopped peach, raspberries, and 120 ml of water in a blender until smooth.
- 2Then strain the purée through a sieve.
- 3Divide the purée into six flute glasses and top up with prosecco.
