First, prepare the dip. Mix the yogurt with oregano, crushed garlic, lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Chill in the refrigerator.

Sauté finely chopped red onion and 4 cloves of crushed garlic in olive oil. Add drained beans and gyros seasoning. Mash the beans with a potato masher (or a fork), mix everything, and let it sauté over low heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool down. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Add egg, flour, and mix. Form 8 balls, coat them in flour, and gently press them to create a burger shape.
