  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 2 pcs Camembert
  • 4 pcs pears
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond flakes
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pink pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 handful lemon thyme

Instructions

    Roll out the dough, or buy it pre-rolled. Whisk the egg and season with salt. Brush the entire dough with the whisked egg.

    Lightly cut the edges, about 1 cm around the entire perimeter, with a knife. Sprinkle these edges with sesame seeds.

    Slice the Camembert into thin pieces. Clean the pears and remove the core. Also slice them into thin pieces. Now arrange the inside of the dough alternately with slices of cheese and slices of pear. Once the entire area is covered, drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle with crushed pink pepper, cranberries, and almond flakes.

    Bake whole in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. For the last five minutes, sprinkle thyme leaves over the tart. Serve best fresh, warm, and crispy, but it is also excellent cold.
