INGREDIENTS
- 700 g beef sirloin
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 yellow onion
- 100 g butter
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 300 ml broth
- 500 g Tagliatelle pasta
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 handful flat-leaf parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef, cut into thin, approximately five-centimeter slices, and fry until beautifully browned on all sides. Meanwhile, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then remove the meat from the pan and set aside.
- 2In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion in the remaining butter until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and continue frying until they begin to soften.
- 3Return the meat to the pan and add the tomato paste and Dijon mustard. Mix well. Pour in the broth and simmer covered over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- 4Mix the sour cream with the flour and finally add it to the meat mixture. Then cook together for 3 minutes. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve with cooked Tagliatelle.
