INGREDIENTS
- 4 pcs ground beef for hamburger
- 4 pcs hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 large meaty tomato
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon smoked red paprika
- 3 pcs red onions
- 4 tablespoons Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ sauce
- 4 pcs bacon slices
- 1 large handful arugula
- Sunflower oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
BEVERAGE SUITABLE FOR THIS DISH
- Coca-Cola
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Before grilling, let the meat rest outside the refrigerator to reach room temperature. Peel the onion and cut it into half-rings. Sauté in sunflower oil; once translucent, add Jack Daniel's sauce and let it caramelize over low heat. Mix the mayonnaise with smoked paprika and let it chill in the refrigerator.
- 2Brush the meat with oil, season with pepper (and salt, if the meat is not already salted), and grill on a hot grill for about 4 minutes per side, so it remains slightly pink in the middle. Also, fry the bacon on the grill until crispy and toast the halved buns. Once the meat is browned, sprinkle with Parmesan and let it rest for a minute.
- 3Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun, then layer with arugula, meat, caramelized onion, bacon, a slice of tomato, and cover with the top half of the bun.
