- 500 g minced beef
- 4 cloves garlic
- 250 g Pak choi lettuce
- 1 small red onion
- 2 orange bell peppers
- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp smoked ground paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt

Mix the meat with 3 cloves of crushed garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, and finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and flatten them slightly with your palm.

Grill on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Quality beef can remain pink inside. Grill the peppers, cut into larger slices, for the same amount of time.

While grilling, mix the yogurt with a crushed clove of garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, sage, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the grilled meat on a Pak Choi leaf with yogurt dip and grilled peppers.
