- 800 g potatoes, type B
- 150 g sheep cheese, Gervais type
- 250 ml cream 33%
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 large cloves garlic
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C - top and bottom heat. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. In a small saucepan, heat the cream with half of the butter, but do not boil. Add crushed garlic, leaves from 4 sprigs of thyme, salt, pepper, and 2 pinches of nutmeg. Turn off the heat and let the sheep cheese melt in the cream.
- 2Slice the spring onion into rounds. Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the first layer of potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg, some of the sliced spring onion, and thyme leaves. Arrange another layer of potatoes. Repeat the process until all potatoes are used.
- 3Pour the prepared cheese mixture over everything. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 - 55 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
