Preparation method

Finely shred the cabbage, add the chopped carrot, mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, mix well and season with apple cider vinegar.

Warm up the pulled meat from Klouda in a pan or on the grill, season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and BBQ sauce. If the meat dries out during heating, pour in a little broth and add a tablespoon of butter.

Toast the halved burger buns in butter in a pan and assemble the burger from the ingredients in the following order - bottom bun, Coleslaw salad, Mesclun (a mix of fresh summer salad leaves), warmed meat, Cheddar, tomatoes, cucumbers, and of course the top bun.
